I first observed Emma Stark on the Sid Roth show, in March 20, 2020, when she appeared with Tracy Cooke. I’ve since researched Tracy Cooke, who bills himself as ‘America’s prophet.’ He claims to have been directly commissioned by a protégé of William Branham. I became more aware of him when he was a key figure in ‘revival meetings’ Jeremiah Johnson was conducting in May 2020.
The discernment web site, ‘Wolves In Sheep’s Clothing’ covered this interview. (The link to the show is included in their article)
a https://bewareofthewolves.blogspot.com/2021/08/
“In this programme, Emma Stark appears in tandem with false prophet Tracy Cooke. Cooke wasted no time in announcing that during a two hour dream, God revealed to him that the coronavirus would diminish on Passover 2020 (15th and 16th April 2020). Cooke (along with Chuck Pierce) claimed that by April 16, “the blood of Jesus” would cause the “plague to pass over”. Both Cooke and Pierce qualified their predictions by referencing Amos 3:7: For the Lord GOD does nothing without revealing his secret to his servants the prophets. Cooke often reminds his hearers that he is a “prophet”. However, all the evidence suggests the diametric opposite. Cooke also claimed that God told him three times that President Trump would be re-elected, and also that there would be two assassination plots against Trump. Well, here we are at the end of August 2021, and not one of those “prophecies” have materialized! If people still persist in following these wolves, then what chance will they stand when the Antichrist and the false prophet arrive on the scene? (Revelation 13:13-15).
Emma Stark: “We are going to release an impartation of freedom and of courage and of hope and of strength to you… The angels are about to be dispatched as we make decrees over the nations at this table, and the angels are going to go and be a support and a ministry right across the face of the world for the setting free of many people, and for the healing of many people, and for the blessing of the medical profession. It is the day of the release of an angelic army across the earth.”
“Christians are not authorized to dispatch angels through decrees.. Only God commands the angels.
Genuine declarations or decrees consist of statements of truth revealed in the scriptures e.g. John 3:16; 1 John 1:5 etc. The apostles and the early church did not make declarations or decrees in relation to future events, and they did not release impartations in order to facilitate the dispatch of angels. Even Jesus Christ Himself did not directly command angels during His earthly ministry: Are you not aware that I can call on My Father, and He will at once put at My disposal more than twelve legions of angels? (Matthew 26:53).
These wolves substitute prayer and supplication with declarations, decrees, impartations and false anointings.”
*> Daryl here. Emma & Tracy’s talk of ‘shaking coming’, fear of the Lord, ‘yearning for the courts of the Lord’, repentance, breaking of over familiarity with the Lord, ‘get ready for harvest’, (billion soul harvest Bob Jones propagated), judgment in the house of God. A post Pentecostal, post charismatic church of holy power will emerge at the end of the shaking, repenting from fear, breaking agreement with it. Emma began this portion quoting Haggai 2:5-9, which is addressed to Israel, but commonly misapplied to the church today.
These exhortations sound wonderful, but the ongoing fruit must be examined. Tracy’s declaration that the c.v. would be gone by Passover of that year was false. Continuing examination of ongoing fruit reveals evidence of a questionable nature.
Emma, at the end of the show, had a ‘prophetic vision’ of pages of medical breakthroughs coming, not only for the c.v. but many medical breakthroughs.

EMMA: I’m fourth generation preacher, this godly legacy, but it was Father and Son and Holy Scriptures. We had no idea who the Holy Spirit was at all. I remember being in school and see like, in the canteen, a whole wall full of faces watching me, which I know were watcher angels and watcher demons. I remember writing to my mom and dad saying, what is this, what’s going on? I grew up in Northern Ireland. It was the time of the troubles. There were bombs. There was the IRA. There was shooting. My father was a clergyman in the church at the time. I would say to him, dad, dad, I think there’s going to be a bomb go off. Dad, dad, I think so and so is going to be shot. That phone call is going to be somebody telling you that this person in your church has been murdered.
SID: Now you got born again at about six.
EMMA: I was born again at six.
SID: However, at 18 something very dramatic happened.
EMMA: Yes, well that was when I got filled with the Spirit of God. I’d left home. I’d gone to study at university and I was just, oh, I was hungry. The Holy Spirit fell on me. I passed out on the floor. I went straight into this extreme, open vision. There were chariots and angels, coming out of the sky towards me. I was speaking in tongues. Couldn’t move for hours and had to be carried back to my room. I thought, well, that happens to everybody. Doesn’t it happen to
everybody? It—doesn’t everybody know when the bomb’s going to go off. Doesn’t everybody know when there’s going to be somebody shot dead? It wasn’t until later that I realized that is not everybody’s experience. However, it should be, it can be. I believe that God is calling people into that place where they can be wildly encountering their God.
Helping People Listen To God More
a https://www.propheticscots.com/about/emma-stark/
When Emma founded Glasgow Prophetic Centre with her husband, David, her aim was simple: ‘listen to God more – and help other people do the same’.
Now she does this on a big scale wherever she goes, as a church leader with an apostolic call, an international speaker of authority and a prophet to nations.
Emma is at home teaching on a platform but equally loves her private preparation times with the Holy Spirit, going deep into the truth of God’s word.
Celtic Boldness
Born in Northern Ireland into a long family line of church pastors, Emma communicates with clarity, humour and a fearless Celtic boldness!
Emma’s father, Pastor John, was a local Baptist church pastor for over 40 years and now works alongside Emma and her team as teaching pastor and ‘in-house theologian’. This background has given Emma a deep love for the church and she loves nothing better than to spend time in prayer, worship and the study of Scripture before teaching, preaching and activating believers into their God-destiny.
Over the years, Emma has been a successful corporate business manager, a media spokesperson, a trained counsellor and a student leader. David and Emma have been involved in leading healing ministries at the local and national level for many years and they have apostolic responsibility for a variety of ministries, ministers and Kingdom businesses.
Emma’s Angel Encounters – Seraphim – Hot Coals – Bleeding Mouth
https://www.destinyimage.com/…/a-six-winged-seraphim…
Emma relates an exp. she had as a teenager while attending university. In her dorm room one day she was violently crying out to God the narrative of Is. 6:1-8
“In the year that King Uzziah died I saw the Lord sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up; and the train of his robe filled the temple. Above him stood the Seraphim. Each had six wings: with two he covered his face, and with two he covered his feet, and with two he flew. And one called to another and said:
Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of hosts; the whole earth is full of his glory!”
4 And the foundations of the thresholds shook at the voice of him who called, and the house was filled with smoke. 5 And I said: “Woe is me! For I am lost; for I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips; for my eyes have seen the King, the Lord of hosts! Then one of the seraphim flew to me, and in his hand was a glowing coal that he had taken with tongs from the altar. And with it he touched my mouth and said: “Now that this has touched your lips, your iniquity is removed and your sin is atoned for.”
Is. 6:1-8
She says a huge seraphim walk thro’ the wall and placed a burning coal in her mouth, and her mouth immediately began to ulcerate and start bleeding, the blood dripping onto her Bible that she still has to this day. Not knowing what to do she ran to her pastor, who poured some water, blessed it and told her to drink it, and immediately her mouth stopped bleeding and burning.
Nothing in Scripture to validate this. Even Isaiah’s mouth didn’t bleed, because it was a vision, the coals symbolic of his sin atoned for.
These exp.’s show how her, as well as many others exp.’s take on unBiblical context, their imaginations feeding deception.
Emma continues, instructing on how to sharpen our discernment, so that we can more readily see angels. Regardless of how she uses the Scriptures she does, Scripture does not tell us to learn how to see angels. This is a wrong focus. J. Lee Grady warns about this unBiblical ‘charismatic’ fixation. Scripture does not instruct on how to see and encounter angels.
Yes there is the gift of discerning of spirits, that, along with the other spiritual gifts, is distributed thro’ out the Body ‘as the Spirit wills.’ This fact does not equate with learning how to see angels. Discussion on the gifts of the Spirit would be a more appropriate place to examine this area.
https://www1.cbn.com/…/angels%2C-deception-and-a-cry…
Emma’s story of the angel of the Lord’s presence trying to release the presence of God in a church, is an ex. of angelology taken to far, as is much talk about angels, (speculations), not validated by New Test. narrative or teaching. Col. 2:18 should be heeded here.
“Do not let anyone who delights in false humility and the worship of angels disqualify you with speculation about what he has seen. Such a person is puffed up without basis by his unspiritual mind.”
Speculations: – ‘#1687. embateuó – enter, set foot on, intrude, pry into, taking…stand, to invade, make a hostile incursion into, to go into details b. to investigate, search into, scrutinize minutely = going into curious and subtle speculation about things which he has seen in visions granted him;’ This describes many, who are speculating, concerning the unseen realm = intruding into, scrutinizing minutely, curious and subtle speculation about things which he has seen in visions granted him;”
Emma then begins to discuss ‘guardian angels’ that she says Paul mentions? (No Scripture exists) She then refers to Acts 27:23 as well, making it seem to validate a guardian angel of Paul’s, which it does not. “For just last night an angel of God, whose I am and whom I serve, stood beside me.”
The article in this link refutes the unBiblical notion of guardian angels.
https://www.christianity.com/…/is-it-biblical-to…
The next story is about the supposed ‘Psalm 91’ angel that hides Emma and her husband under its wings when a demonic angel shows up at the restaurant. Psalm 91 is about the Lord; v.1 “He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty…v.4 “He will cover you with His feathers; under His wings you will find refuge; His faithfulness is a shield and rampart.”
Her imagination smudges Biblical details.

Emma Releases A ‘Vomiting Anointing’
While Addressing Genuine Issues, Emma’s Alternative Is False
She Represents A False Spirituality
New Era Of The Holy Spirit- New Wine Skin- Church Of The Spirit Age
In the last link below, Emma again declares the era of the Holy Spirit had just begun, and that in the midst of the failure of Evangelicalism, that even reformation would not correct, a monumental, historical shift, greater than the Reformation was coming, and the old wine skin of evangelicalism was being replaced with a church of the Spirit.
Be not deceived, lured by Emma’s impassioned, insightful, correct assessments of evangelicalism. – She represents a false spirituality, formed within the modern apostolic/ prophetic movement, addressed thoroughly by many. The Holy Spirit era, she announces, the church split, and the greatest shift in church history, will actually be a time of great falling away, apostasy, in which the false spirituality of the modern apostolic/prophetic – neo-charismatic and apostatizing evangelicalism, in many forms, rejecting the final authority of Scripture in all things, stumbling around in heretical deception – doctrines of demons, having lost the centrality of the cross, – the gospel of Jesus Christ. -These ones will vehemently, violently, even as Emma declares, oppose the faithful remnant, considered useless old wine skins of a former era, built upon an erroneous man made religious foundation.
The victorious, evolved ‘church’, will be a church of the ‘Spirit.’
Tho’ I speak often of apostatizing evangelicalism, even as Emma describes, the true church remains faithful to the revealed truth of Scripture, the gospel of Jesus Christ having preeminence in all things. Drifting from a Biblical foundation, much of evangelicalism, esp. including the new apostolic/ prophetic, neo-charismatic movement, has wandered into spiritualism, as it seems much of mainstream evangelicalism has followed the apostolic/ prophetic movement’s embracing of many errors and aberrancies.
Don’t be fooled by Emma’s corrections of the prophetic movement, it’s like good cop, bad cop. Emma and others like her, who are seemingly separating themselves from the errors she addresses, are just as deep in error and false spirituality, as we have seen here.
The Age of The Church Split
Echoing what many other ‘prophets’ have been saying for awhile now, Emma claims that the apparent failure of Evangelicalism, will be replaced by a church of the Spirit, governed by apostles and prophets.

Thin places – sacred, mystical sites – earth energies
“What is a thin place? To discern the difference between an ordinary place and a thin place, one must use a spiritual perspective. In simple terms a ‘thin place’ is a place where the veil between this world and the Other world is thin, the Other world is more near.
This meaning assumes the perceiver senses the existence of a world beyond what we know through our five senses. Since the times of ancient civilization the fascination with the “Other world” has occupied human minds. To some it is heaven, the kingdom, paradise. To others it may be hell, an abyss, the unknown. Whatever you perceive the Other world to be, a thin place is a place where connection to that world seems effortless, and ephemeral signs of its existence are almost palpable.”
Kealkil Stone Circle
“My first glimpse of that circle is a rare memory. The kind that that comes when you’re stunned at the site of something… like an unexpected stranger in your midst. At first site, this circle emanates energy – sort of like a mild shock wave after an explosion. You’re immediately hit. Boom – there it is. Then the wave draws you in like a magnet … pulling you closer to the circle.”
From my journal after visiting Kealkil ….
February 23, 2007
Whatever brings us close to the Divine Presence is what we’re going to look to … what we search for. And there are some occasions when we know we’ve found it…. when we know that something of this world has lifted us closer …opened our eyes.. transported us into the eternal world.
In a church it may be icons, statues or the incense – certainly the music – these move and transport us into the Divine Presence, but we have to exercise our senses in order to be transported. Sometimes this is very difficult. Sometimes concentration doesn’t come easy.
But you barely have to try in a thin place like Kealkil. The presence reaches up and grabs you. It pushes you in – through the portal.
Maybe the stones here were once used like icons, to help with that transportation. Maybe the people who put them here went places we haven’t discovered yet – or have only imagined.

Mantra-style meditation is actually divination, where practitioners perform rituals or meditation exercises in order to go into trances and then receive information from spiritual entities. Campolo elaborates on the fruit of mysticism, an atmosphere he calls “the thin place”:
The constant repetition of his name clears my head of everything but the awareness of his presence. By driving back all other concerns, I am able to create what the ancient Celtic Christians called “the thin place.” The thin place is that spiritual condition wherein the separation between the self and God becomes so thin that God is able to break through and envelop the soul.1
This term “thin place” originated with Celtic spirituality (i.e., contemplative) and is in line with panentheism. Listen to one meditator:
I experienced a shift deep within me, a calmness I never knew possible. I was also graced with a sense of “oneness” with nature around me and with everyone else in the human family. It was strangely wonderful to experience God in silence, no-thingness.2
This “oneness” with all things is the essence of the ancient wisdom. Marcus Borg, a former professor at Oregon State University and a pro-emergent author, also speaks of “thin places.” One commentator discusses Borg’s ideas on this:
In The Heart of Christianity, Borg writes of “thin places,” places where, to use Eliade’s terminology, the division between the sacred and the profane becomes thin. Borg writes that he owes this metaphor of “thin places” to Celtic Christianity and the recent recovery of Celtic spirituality. As the following passage reveals, his understanding of “thin places” is deeply connected to his panentheism, his articulation of God as “the More,” and his—like Eliade—division of the world into layers of reality.3
Borg says these thin places (reached through meditation) are “[d]eeply rooted in the Bible and the Christian tradition,”4 but he, like others, is unable to show biblical evidence that God mandates meditation. Thin places imply that God is in all things, and the gap between God, evil, man, everything thins out and ultimately disappears in meditation:
God is a nonmaterial layer of reality all around us, “right here” as well as “more than right here.” This way of thinking thus affirms that there are minimally two layers or dimensions of reality, the visible world of our ordinary experience and God, the sacred, Spirit.5
Mike Perschon, former writer for Youth Specialties, also found these thin places as he went into the silence:
We held “thin place” services in reference to a belief that in prayer, the veil between us and God becomes thinner. Entire nights were devoted to guided meditations, drum circles, and “soul labs.”6
I believe that Campolo, Borg, and Perschon each experienced the same realm in their thin places.

Communion W/c Human Spirits Having Gone Before
a https://thinplacestour.com/what-are-thin-places/
“This brings us to another characteristic of thin places. They are often marked by human spirits that have gone before, felt the thinness and been changed by it. Thin places not only transcend the senses, but transcend the boundaries of time and space. While you’re there, time seems to stand still, and there is a communion with the human spirits that have walked there before and are yet to walk. Thin places are all about connection – with God, with the Other world and with all who have lived, are living and will live in generations to come.
The Pre-Christian and Celtic people of Ireland, Scotland, Wales and England had a keen sense for thin places. The landscape is littered with monuments, markings and ruins that once boldly stated, “This is a thin place. This is holy ground.” The very ground itself seems to call out, “Come here and be transformed.” In a quiet moment, a visitor today can feel the connection with the people whose spirits first marked these spots, and all the pilgrims who have visited since. They are vivid reminders that we are all joined inside and outside of time.”
The more you experience thin places, the sharper your senses become. Certainly they exist everywhere, in every country, but the power is seemingly strong in Ireland and Britain. Even the most non-spiritual person feels something as they move past or enter into ancient sacred sites.
Thin Places Serve As Direct Portals To The Divine
a https://www.asacredjourney.net/thin-places/
A phrase used for millennia, the term comes from the mystical world of Celtic spirituality and the Celtic Christians, who were deeply connected to the natural world and considered every aspect of life to be infused with the presence of the Divine, even (or perhaps, especially) the ordinary elements of everyday life. While historically the ancient Celts viewed thin places as locations or moments in the cycle of the year where the veil between the world and the spiritual realm diminished and they could encounter those who had gone before them, today thin places are more commonly considered locations in which there is an undeniable connection to the Sacred.
Some thin places have been well-known to seekers for centuries and have become popular places of pilgrimage, such as the isle of Iona in Scotland or Lourdes in France. Other thin places are particular to our own experience of God and serve as touchstones as we seek to encounter the Divine. For pilgrims in search of Sacred Encounter, thin places serve as direct portals to the Divine, offering particular moments and locations in which we can more readily dwell in the presence of God and cultivate the transformation we desire.
Simply put, a thin place was and is just that, a physical location where the separation between the divine and the earth is considered to be thin. I believe we can expand that beyond the borders of Ireland and Scotland and say that we have all experienced thin places in our lives – those mystical, unexplainable touches with the divine that both test and strengthen our faith.
Contemplative Franciscan Richard Rhor calls this place “the edge “, and suggests we should cultivate being there. “The edge is a holy place, or as the Celts called it, “a thin place” and you have to be taught how to live there. To take your position on the spiritual edge of things is to learn how to move safely in and out, back and forth, across and return.”
What are thin places?
How should we think about them in light of Scripture?
a https://www.patheos.com/blogs/markdroberts/series/thin-places/
This article defends thin place ideologies with Scripture, but the practice is clearly occult in nature, and violates the overall narrative of Scripture.
The history of thin places is clearly traced back to Celtic Christianity or more precisely Celtic spirituality, as has been said, where a pantheistic perspective was held of God or the divine. Thin places are clearly an occult/spiritualism ideology, believing certain locations are portals into the immediate presence of the divine.
Many christians are adopting, embracing occult ideologies such as these, rationalizing the use of Bible texts to validate their acceptance of these practices. Tracing their source alone disqualifies thin place exp.’s, access to supposed divine presence thro’ specific locations, apart from the acknowledgment of Christ our Mediator. Reading thro’ these various articles should alert the believer to the occult presence and practices seen in the descriptions of thin places.
